The Political Science Department is proud to announce that Sebastian Popa (Comparative Politics track, supervisor: Gabor Toka) was awarded the CEU's Award for Advanced Doctoral Students.
Recurrent Visiting Professor to Central European University, Department of Political Science and Department of History, Julian Casanova (Professor of Contemporary History at the University of Zaragoza) has contributed an article about World War I to the paper El País. The article explains that the world leaders belonged to the same Old Regime at the time when World War I broke out and it also presents how the international constellation changed after the Great War.
Political Science alumni, Zorica Siročić and Leda Sutlović's co-edited book, Širenje područja političkog novi pogledi na političku participaciju žena (in English: Widening the Scope of the Political - New Perspectives on Women's Political Participation) has just been published.
