Course Registration Process
All students are required to complete their course registration through the CEU e:Vision Portal (SITS) during the designated registration period of each term. To ensure a smooth academic experience, we strongly encourage you to plan your entire academic year in advance.
Course Registration Calendar 2024/25

Important Note: Enrolling for a course through the E-Learning platform (Moodle) does not replace the requirement to register via the CEU e:Vision Portal.
Useful Tools for Registration
- Study Guide (TimeEdit Study Guide): Before registering, please review course content and descriptions using the Study Guide.
- Course Schedules (TimeEdit Viewer): Check the schedules for your courses, programs, and departments using the TimeEdit Viewer. Access is provided through SSO using your CEU email address.
- E-Learning (Moodle): Course materials, assignments, and other learning resources will be available here once you are registered.
Course Dropping Policy
After having registered, students can modify their course selection by adding or dropping courses. Add/drop through the e:Vision is possible during the registration period. After the end of the registration period, e:Vision will not allow any further changes to your registration records. In case you failed to register during the registration period, a late registration fee of 15 EUR/course must be paid.

As a main rule, courses may be added or dropped not later than the first two 100-minute sessions. |
