Professor Daniel Bochsler and Zdravko Veljanov (PhD Candidate, CEU) have contributed a new analysis: "Could the Macedonian Przino Deal Work in Serbia?" (European Western Balkans, 2025)
The article examines the different trajectories of protests in North Macedonia (2015) and Serbia (ongoing), and explores whether the EU-brokered Przino Agreement that helped resolve Macedonia's political crisis could serve as a model for addressing Serbia's current protests. Bochsler and Veljanov analyze the distinct contexts and the evolving role of the European Union in both situations.
