We are proud to announce a new publication by our faculty member, Andrés Moles, in Behavioural Public Policy. His article, co-authored with Viktor Ivanković, is titled "The Inevitability Argument for Choice Architecture and the Evidence-Based View."

The article explores one of the central debates in behavioural public policy: whether the inevitable influence of choice environments justifies designing them to promote individual welfare. The authors argue that when the effects of both designed and "neutral" environments can be reliably predicted, the moral difference between them diminishes—reshaping the ethical discussion around nudging and behavioural influence.
