We are proud to announce that Bela Greskovits (joint appointment with IRES) has been appointed CEU University Professor by the University Senate in recognition of his achievements.
Most recently, Greskovits was awarded the Bibo Istvan Prize by the Hungarian Political Science Association for his extraordinary achievements in the field of Hungarian political science. Together with Dorothee Bohle (PolSci) he was the recipient of the inagural CEU Award for Outstanding Research for the research that led to their book "Capitalist Diversity on Europe’s Periphery" that was awarded the Stein Rokkan Prize by the International Social Science Council and the European Consortium for Political Research.
