Judit Sandor's Edited Book on Biopolitics Published

The Center for Ethics and Law in Biomedicine (CELAB) published a new book Studies in Biopolitics edited by Professor Judit Sandor. The book is a collection of case studies which focus on biopolitical practices and discourses, as well as reproductive policies and attempts to control populations, science, birth and gender ratio in Armenia, Georgia, Hungary, India, Israel, India, Poland, Romania, Serbia. Among the political scientists, public policy experts, anthropologists, bioethics, legal scholars and human rights activists, several CEU graduate students contributed to the book too.
