This September, MA student Sofija Kirsanov published her debut poetry collection, Miris tvoje utrobe (The Scent of Your Womb), with the Montenegrin publisher Fokalizator as part of its contemporary poetry series.

Structured in three cycles, the book blends deeply personal and existential reflections with political and historical themes. Sofija explains,

Political Science MA Alexandra Niculae Presents at ASN 2025 World Convention

We are proud to share that Alexandra Niculae, a second-year MA student in Political Science at CEU, recently participated in the ASN 2025 World Convention, co-hosted by the Harriman Institute at Columbia University in New York City.

Alexandra presented her paper titled “Crusader of the Orthodox Nation: Copying the Hungarian Populist Instrumentalization of Religion in Romania” as part of the Religious and National Minorities panel.
